Robot cell design and integration – since 2012

Our company has been designing and manufacturing custom-designed robot cells since 2012. Over the past few years, we have gained significant experience in the integration of industrial robots, using equipment from a number of leading manufacturers, including ABB, FANUC, YASKAWA, KUKA, YAMAHA, MITSUBISHI and UNIVERSAL ROBOTS.

Our solutions range from classic industrial robots to collaborative systems, with cells equipped with four, six or seven-axis robot arms. We primarily use four-axis robots for palletizing or "pick & place" tasks, while our six-axis systems are ideal for painting, deburring and complex, larger-area robot track applications. We have extensive experience in using high-precision, fast, small robots, but we also regularly integrate heavy-duty robots with arm extensions exceeding 3 meters.

We design and manufacture all elements of the robot cells in-house, whether it is the robot stool, gripper, support structures, conveyors or safety systems (protective fences, light curtains, etc.).

We provide a full range of services, from the conception of the idea through design, manufacturing, assembly, and installation to robot programming, safety compliance, and operator training — all with our own team of experienced professionals.
