On the 26th of May, the Founder's Memorial Award was presented for the very first time at DUSSER Group.
We established this award to recognize annually a colleague who outstandingly embodies the values that were truly important to our late founder. It is not merely about the results, but how we achieve them. Reliability, commitment, and integrity—the core principles upon which our companies were built, and which continue to define how we work and how we relate to one another and our clients.
The event wasn’t just an awards ceremony; we revisited many stories from our early days: how the group got started, who shaped it, and what moments continue to define us today. It was nice to look back, not just for the sake of nostalgia, but because these stories from the past also point the way to our future.
